Calibrating the Vernier

First, place the thermister and a thermometer in the ice water bath, let it equilibriate and then click on Enter

Then type in the temperature reading from the thermometer.

Next, place the thermister and thermometer in a warm water bath, let it equilibrate, click on Enter and then type in the temperature reading from the thermometer.

You can check the staus of the calibration for the probe(s) you calibrated by going back to the Calibrate Menu and clicking on Check Calibration.

The current calibrations for both probes can be seen.

Now you are ready to Save the Calibration and continue setting up the ULI.
