Shell Document

The HTML code for this file is shown below. The first line of an HTML file should contain a DOCTYPE statement. The rest of the file is then bound by <HTML> and </HTML> tags.

There are two main parts of an HTML file, the HEAD and the BODY. The HEAD contains such items as the document TITLE, META information, STYLE sheets (not in this file), and SCRIPTS (not in this file). The BODY contains all of the document information that is displayed in the browser window.
